We have many customers who just send us their inspection report, we return a quote, and all the work is completed before closing...a complete no hassle package for the customer trying to sell their house.
We install Energy Star equipment that qualifies for the government tax rebate of 30% (up to $1500) for tankless hot water heaters and HVAC units.
We can install any brand of equipment you wish. We can give you advice on what we have seen in the field pertaining to the reliability of different brands but you, the customer, will make the final decision, not us.
